Jobs are hard to come by these days. Especially with the recession, which is really affecting people like you in America and England and some other part in the world.
We all need to be able to take care of ourselves and our love ones. So how do we do that when a job that is advertise these days has hundreds or event thousands of candidates applying for the same one. What is chance that you would get the job when you want it most? Yes, of course, you need to stay positive and motivated that you will get the job. But for the main time you are looking for the job, why not think of working from home. 1) Typing: A lot of companies that deals with writing documents like magazines, journals, articles or even students that need to type their dissertation need people to help them type these documents. Why not talk to friends and family that might know someone that needs help with typing of documents, etc. You can get paid from that. By the time you build your client base you will find that you're not short of jobs anymore and might have to subcontract it to someone else.
2) Subcontract: Since some businesses are now sacred to take people on as permanent staff, there are still jobs that need to be done.These companies still require people to do those jobs. Why not look for those companies and ask to help them do the job as a freelancer with your skills and experience and you get paid for it. That way you've created your own job and you work at your own pace.
3) Online blogging: A lot of people are making money from it. However, you got to remember that in what ever you do you've got to build your customer base first before you can make any cash. It will take some time to understand how blogs work and then you will see the breakthrough.
You need to first pick a niche (a product or service) you are passionate about and write about it. Or you could add affiliate products.
4) Affiliate Marketing: Is about picking someone's product(s) and advertising to get some commission. This will work better when you don't have your own product(s) yet to advertise to sell. Or depending the time you are building or creating your own product. This will help bring in some income for you.
You could get affiliate product from different places like Zaavi, etc and then place it into your blog(s) or website if you have one.
5) Create you Website: If you've already figured out what your product(s) and/or services are then, your best option is to buy (if you've the money) or create you own website (these might take a lot of time before it's set up properly). Although website building is tedious, however, you've more control over it than blogging. But if you can't face the stress of building one then blogging is your best option. You can use wordpress or blog spot.
6) Multilevel Marketing (MLM): this is another way to make some dough while you're waiting for your dream job.
MLM is about joining already established company and selling or just adverting their products as yours. This is how you get paid. You also get paid through commission by introducing someone into the business. For example, if you introduce someone to ASDA, you don't get paid for doing that.
